Hey There, I’m Millie!

Your official guide to clarity, confidence, and change. In other words, I’m the Purpose Coach & Consultant you never knew you needed - until now. 

Inspired by my journey through adversity as an educator, I created Inspare as a safe place where women of color and organizations that prioritize equitable practices can receive the tools they desperately need to be inspired, find motivation, ignite their passions, and lead others to do the same. 

With a bit of grace and a lot of personalized support, I lead you out of the depths of burnout, uncertainty, and misalignment and teach you how to redirect your rejections and self-doubt into opportunities that overcome roadblocks. The result is bold, fierce, and unapologetic power - everything that already lies within you.
